Embodied living + Soulful goods

Sissa is a space where we connect to body, story, and spirit, guiding us back to ourselves and to each other.

A Celebration of Feminine Expression

Saturday June 13, 2026

Middle Eastern Dance

Middle Eastern dance is one of the oldest dance forms, rooted in expression, rhythm, and connection to the body. This class offers a gentle and uplifting way to explore movement while celebrating feminine expression in a grounded, supportive space.

Gayle will guide you through a warmup and introduce foundational movements of the torso, hips, and arms, weaving in rhythm, play, and ease along the way.

This is a space to move, to feel, and to reconnect with your body through simple, expressive movement. Expect lighthearted energy, a bit of laughter, and a chance to try something new without pressure.

No experience needed.

Wear comfortable clothing. Dance shoes or socks are welcome.

Come as you are, and come ready to move.

In Community

Rooted in connection and guided by intention, Sissa brings together practices, people, and thoughtfully curated goods that support embodied living. It’s a space to gather, to reconnect, and to bridge the gaps between our stories and one another.

Ways to Gather

  • Guided Sound Session

Individual and small-group guided sound sessions - often referred to as sound healing or sound baths - offered to support rest, presence, and nervous system ease.

  • Movement & Embodiment

A rotating schedule of movement-based classes, from pilates and yoga to dance and somatic practices, offered for care, connection, and embodied living.

  • Workshops & Special Gatherings

Workshops, guest-led offerings, and one-time gatherings that center movement, sound, story, and collective learning

  • Community Circles & Groups

Facilitated gatherings for shared inquiry and support, including book discussions, and conversations around care, justice, and community.

“You can feel the heart and intention as soon as you walk into Sissa.”
